Changing the retrieval method

The retrieval method selected when booking cannot be changed.

Ticket not received

Contact our Customer Services Department by e-mail . This department will carry out all the relevant checks.

 

Leaving within the next 7 days?

 

Leaving from a station outside France

 

If you haven't received your tickets before departure, simply:

- purchase new train tickets.

- when the ticket inspector passes through the train, ask him/her to mark your tickets.

- complete the claim form available at French stations or send your refund request to the TGV-Europe After Sales Service:

You must include the following with your claim:

  • the 6-digit reference of the tickets not received
  • original of the tickets purchased and used
  • your full contact details (full name, address and phone number)

 

Leaving from France

 

If you have not received your tickets by the time of departure, buy new tickets at the SNCF ticket office.

 

The customer services assistant at the station will give you a form to complete to obtain a refund.

Changing the postal address

Your tickets are automatically sent to the address you entered when placing your order.

 

The address registered cannot be changed once your order has been validated.

 

If this address is incorrect, the tickets will be returned to the SNCF despatch centre.

 

When they are received back at the despatch centre they will be sent to the new address if time permits.

 

Send us your booking reference, full name and correct postal address.

Printing problems

Rest assured, the ticket printing process is very simple.

 

All you have to do is follow these steps:

 

1- go to the home page of our site and click on the "Your orders"  link

2- enter your 6-digit booking reference and the name entered when making the booking to access your booking.

3- click on the “Create your Billet imprimé®”/Print your e-ticket” tab.

 

You can create the image of your ticket(s) (enter full name and date of birth of traveller[s]) and print.
