TRAIN TICKET HOME DELIVERY
You no longer need to leave your house to collect your tickets as they can be sent direct to your home address free of charge!
To take advantage of the free home delivery service you must order your tickets at least 7 working days before you travel.
Special terms apply for the following countries:
- Switzerland: 4 days
- Belgium: 4 days
- Luxembourg: 4 days
- Netherlands: 4 days
- Germany: 4 days
- Italy: 6 days
- Spain: 6 days
Free home delivery is available for all fares except ®iDTGV tickets.
Please note:
Tickets for home delivery are transferable.
However, they bear the name of the person who placed the order.
Rest assured, they can be used by any traveller.
All that we require is that the traveller can prove he is eligible for any reduced fares purchased.
